WWII Maritime Service Officer Cap Device Hilborn-Hamburger Features multi-piece quality construction, with gilt leaves and anchor. Back left wing is hallmarked H-H for Hilborn-Hamburger, and right wing is hallmarked-STERLING. Cap device measures approx. 2 9/16'' tall & 2 7/16'' wide; cap device has a nice patina, and is in Very Good condition. The shoulder board which is presntly being offered for sale, was received along with this cap device. Thank you for bidding.
