Downsizing collection and up for auction is an original grey painted and stencilled US Navy steel helmet set complete with liner. All original WW2 NO FAKE paint job as can be seen in pictures.Original Battleship Grey paint showing in age "chips" Original McCord Shell with heat code 867A and front seam swivel bale helmet with OD straps and correct hook and clasp fastner. Original red painted stencil 3rd Div MT-46 which is stencilled to shell only Original Capac Liner with nape strap dated 1945 and correct Vogt contract Sweatband and original liner strap with United Carr snaps Garunteed original i have had this helmet for last 30 years and time to move it on. Ask ANY questions...but this is no humped up helmet this is ORIGINAL.With no FAKED aging .Some damage to paintwork and small dent in crown.Some small pulls in web chinstraps Can forward any picture of any part of this helmet.Definatley for the collector and would grace any helmet collection.
