WW2 Women's Army Corps (WAC) Tropical Worsted Jacket Women's Army Corps (WAC) Officer's Tropical Worsted Summer Uniform Jacket Tailor-made by Sol Frank Co., San Antonio, Texas, well-known for producing Army Air Force uniforms during World War II. No date, size, or name. Chest measures about 34 inches (18 inches-armpit to armpit-laid flat). with 16 inches between shoulder seams. Sleeve length is approx. 29 inches from neck seam. This (second pattern) jacket has false breast pockets with flaps, and shoulder straps. No insignia, except for US on collar, two bullion overseas service bars on lower left sleeve, and Army Meritorious Unit Award on lower right sleeve. Each "US" insignia is secured with one smooth-face clutch cap (as found-others missing). Very Good plus condition, no staining, no holes, no repairs. Guaranteed Original.
