I have sold a lot of militaria from around the world but this is the first item I have ever seen from the Mongolian Army. The Mongolian People's Army (Red Mongolian Army) was a secondary army under the Soviet Red Army command during the 1920's and again during World War 2. Very ugly, collectable, well made and rare. The face piece is very high quality leather with very soft glove leather piping around the edges. The leather is still pliable and in excellent condition. The medium amber colored lenses, which show some scratches from over 60 years of storage, are removable. They are held in place by clever little hinged metal doors, shown in the second photo. The adjustable elastic band has lost none of its "stretchability". No cases available. Saddle up (the Mongolian Army was primarily composed of Cavalry units) and ride into the sunset in comfort. WARNING! Should you choose to use these they will leave you with a very bizzare tan line. Also: I have sold close to 50 of these in the past six weeks. My stash is getting low. Get them while you can. T's no price increase, I base my opening bids on cost, not "what the market will bear". No pun intended. $6.50 Priority Air to the US and only $14 USD by Global Priority Air Insured to anyw else in the world. GENERAL INFORMATION: Most items are shipped within 24 to 48 hours upon receipt of confirmed payment. All items are professionally packed in sound boxes with an internal water resistant liner with a packing slip. I ask that a winning bidder notify me within a few days of the auctions close as to expected time and method of payment. I never inflate my shipping and handling costs to increase my profit on an item. I offer substantial combined shipping discounts on multiple wins. I can be contacted 24/7 by email at or by phone at . DOMESTIC WINNERS: I use USPS Priority Mail (unless it is a very heavy item). It is a bit pricier than 1 st Class or Parcel Post but gets the item to you within two or three days and saves me from having to "dumpster dive" for used supplies. I add a $1 to $2 handling fee to each order to help pay for the average 11.5 minutes it takes to process and package a shipment. Do the math... it is less than minimum wage. Shipping charges are fixed rate because most of my listings are one-of-a-kind. They are based on mid-country delivery charges. I win some and loose some on this and basically break even. Every shipment comes with a free tracking number. INTERNATIONAL WINNERS: Para traducir este, por favor corte y pegue este e ir a y utilizar Google Herramientas del idioma.I have shipped to over 30 different countries and it is much more complex than "simple" US sales. Shipping is based on actual cost by Global Priority Mail and I add a $4 handling fee to cover packing and Customs Forms filling time. All shipments include free insurance and a tracking number . PLEASE INCLUDE A PHONE NUMBER with your payment. Customs Offices around the world are overwhelmed with the volume of shipments (largely due to ebay sales) and many are not equipped with the technology (or work ethic) to deal with it. Add to that the increased scrutiny of all packages since 9-11 and you can expect delays. This is very important for winners of edged weapons and bayonets as I can't keep track of every countries import regulations. MY GUARANTEE: It is the best ebay allows. Cash back with no questions asked for 30 days. None of that "AS IS" crap from Madbear. Happy winners make me happy. It's not about feedback (see below) but about customer satisfaction. I have been in business for over 40 years and think I almost invented the concept of "keep your clients happy". Returns are so rare they are quite honestly not even a blip on the bottom line on my business. Want one? For any reason? You will get one. INCLUDING YOUR RETURN SHIPPING COST! Rare on ebay? You bet it is. The few negative feedbacks on over 5000 ebay sales have been from folks who nev...
