Up for auction is an {original?} WW2 German M40 Helmet. The color is a dark green and has a few rust spots on the outside as can be seen in the pictures. The inside of the helmet is stamped LS66. Additionally the leather is marked: "Leutnant Schulz (124?) Panzergrenidier". Chin strap is a little dry but works. Very nice piece. Unsure if it is original or a repro.
