Up for auction now is a lot of 1992/1993 mid grades Hasbros. They have little scuffing or wear overall but biggest condition issues are Bossman has white paint on right chest, one Perfect boot has residue, one Perfect had been painted orange/stripped and paint still in crevices, boot bottoms coated with white out and arms are loose/do not work, Martel boot bottoms similar and mechanism does not work, Sid eyebrows darkened with sharpie, Anvil arms are loose/do not work, Skinner missing hat, head/boot bottoms painted brown.
