Up for bid is an original World War I US Army 29th Division patch which is fully embroidered with a bevo style weave . As can be seen in the photographs, the patch is clean and in excellent condition with no mothing, marks, or staining. This is the third of four 29th Division patches which I will be listing, along with other items, from the same veteran. Overall the patch measures approximately 2-1/8 inches in diameter. It has been UV tested and does not glow. This is not a modern copy. The patch was brought back from France by a member of the 29th Division who served in the 111th Field Artillery, Battery F, American Expeditionary Forces. The veteran's name and 7 digit serial / service number will be provided to the winning bidder upon request. Pictures are of the actual item you are bidding on.
