You are bidding on a US Military WWI gas mask and bag. The bag is marked Simmons 1917, 813190 on theinner flap and 813190 stamped on the outside. There is the number 3 on the flap. There is the previous owners name and serial number on the back. The bag is approximately 10 ¾ x 10 x 3inches. There is a metal frame inside the bad to support the metal filter can. The gas mask is intact but the face cover is stiff but opens. The inside of the mask has the mouth piece and nose clamp. The inner rubber liner of the mask has deteriorated . There is a tin of “Anti-Dimming stick” for the lens. There is also the instruction manual and repair kit attached. The repair kit has several small patches to fix tares in the face cover.
