Here is a bayonet which I believe is from WWI and for an Enfield rifle, I also believe this is Australian or English. The bayonet is stamped MA 1907 I as well as 7 and 42. The reverse is stamped with an arrow and XO4. One of the grips is stamped SLAZ 42, but this is barely visible. The top of the scabbard is stamped with what looks like 1498243MD. The bayonet itself is in really nice condition, there is a tiny bit of pitting on the very tip of the blade. The scabbard is in poor condition, the metal components are loose and highly pitted. The lower portion has broken off (it will stay attached if the bayonet is inside it however). My grandfather bought this bayonet at a surplus store in the 1960's, he payed 25 cents for it back then.
