This is auction is for a military flashlight that was made by Beacon Electric Works of National Carbon Co. I'm assuming that was made for use during World War 1 as it requires a 3.8 volt Edison Mazda bulb and a Beacon Model 355 battery to operate. It's in good overall condition with some light corrosion in the battery compartment. The glass fisheye lens is in good shape with no cracks. It looks like t is some debris inside the lens that could be cleaned out. The leather belt strap is in good shape and the snap still works. T is also a little carry handle on the top. I don't have a battery for this so I can't test. As a bonus I am also including a later model military flashlight that was made by GT Price. This runs on D-Size batteries, but unfortunately I could not get it to work. I'm not sure if it's a faulty switch or a bad bulb. Please be sure to check my other auctions. I'll be listing more older flashlights in the coming days.
