See the scans of the front and back. This is a genuine WWI U.S. Army patch for the Tank Corps. It is about 2 3/4" square. It is the desirable Liberty Loan type patch, which has not been faked, due to the intricate silk woven design. The WWI Tank Corps patch is scarce and desirable in this Liberty Loan form, as even the genuine Tank Corps patches that are the usual felt on felt construction (as most of them are, as opposed to embroidered on felt or wool) are suspect due to the nature of their construction. Only one of these I have had. If you are looking for fake WWI patches, believe me, t are plenty of them listed on the various internet auction sites. This is the real deal. Excellent unused condition. NO RESERVE !!! I will be listing other interesting American military insignia this week. NOTE: I am very good about getting my orders out promptly, sometimes same day and almost always within 24 hours. However, lately the U.S. postal "service" has been very spotty. In the last several months, I have had first class insured items take over a month to California and two weeks in New York State. Most are delivered in a timely fashion, but a few are not.
