Original, genuine WW1 era Victory Medal issued by Cuba . A ccording to the Laslo Book on Interallied Victory Medals of World War I , page 21, a relatively scarce medal with only between 6,000 to 7,000 medals issued. This example is the official issue, bearing the word âeoeBRONZEâe and the âeoeACâe in a triangle on the rim. The ribbon has the period silky feel, but canâe(tm)t say for sure if the ribbon is that it was issued with; no pin back device remains. Please see the blow-up scans for your assessment.
