This is an original AAF issue E-6B dead reckoning computer.It is an early war issue with a 1942 contract date. Early issue computers were made of brass and nickel. As the war progressed and material became scarce the later war issue were made of plastic. This is in used good condition. Wheels turn freely. Boldly marked on the front, “U.S. ARMY AIR FORCES”. Highest quality obtainable. Get this and use it for your next cross country flight out of Kelly Field. Nice find. Check out my other items !
