For auction is a Memorial Service program for the men of the 823rd Tank Destroyer Battalion dated May 20, 1945 Evangelical Luthern Church, Colbitz, Germany. This 11 page program lists the "Men Missing in Action", "Prisoners of War", "Those Who Gave Their Lives", and "Men Wounded in Action" The listings include rank and the date of death for those killed. The dates are from June 1944 - April 1945. The program included a reading of the Honor Roll by Commanding Officer Lt. Col. Stanley Dettmer. Heavily creased, has writing on the cover, small tears at edges, yellowed. Bound by a single staple which has rusted. Found at an estate sale. Please email with any questions.
