This nice set, WWII USAAF Tan "Crusher Hat" by Hygieatan with pilots name inside, US Army headset type TH-37, US Army T-30-S Throat Mic and pair on pilots sunglasses, only. Crusher has a nice saddle shape and is khaki in color. The body is made of a light wool and is very clean overall. T are a few very tiny snag holes to the body but they are difficult to even find (see last photos). Visor is clean very flexible leather and t is a small leather strap across the front. weatshield is complete and t are NO rips or tears to the lining. The leather sweatband shows light wear and is complete with no stitching problems. Vet has penned his name to the lining under the visor Capt. W.A. Reed with something underneath that looks like "Cieve Grays". Pilot's headset is in good condition. The canvas headband is clean, as well as the rubber earcups which are still soft and flexible. Uses standard 1/4" phone jack. Wiring is the original cotton covered insulation, and is in great shape as well! US Army T-30-S Throat Mic is new and I believe I have the box it came, if interested I'll look and see. Sun Glasses are standard pilot's avaition sunglasses, the lens and frame is great shape considering they are 60 years old. If you use the "BUY IT NOW" feature, I will include the rubber painted mannequin's head to enhance your display.
