For Sale or Best Offer...Beautiful Uniform Grouping to a vet that was in the 3rd Infantry Division during WWII. This is a wonderful grouping that includes the vets 4 pocket uniform jacket with a WWII cut edge 3rd division patch (hand sewn) very nice two piece felt Staff Sgt Chevron, 4 overseas bars, and a service hash mark on the left sleeve, WWII cut edge 7th Army patch (hand sewn) two piece felt on felt Staff Sgt chevron, and a Meritorious Unit Patch on the right sleeve. The jacket also comes with the vets other insignia including double clutch-back enlisted Infantry collar discs, Good Conduct, ETO with large battle star, WWII Victory ribbons and a Presidential Unit Citation (pin-back) The jacket is in great condition and still has the original Q.M. tag in the right front pocket dated Oct 3 1941 Size 40R and the vets name and serial number are written inside. There are a couple of very small holes on the front near the bottom about the size of a BB but as you can see they barely show and will not effect the way this beautiful piece shows! The vets WWII button-fly uniform trousers are also in great condition with no mothing or holes of any kind and also display very well. These are the early war type trousers with no flaps on the back pockets and it still has the Q.M. tag but I am not able to make out a date. The printed size in read more
