Up for your bidding pleasure is an Original WWII issue British Tommy helmet with an Irish Defence Forces- Eastern command insignia painted on the front. Nice collectible, hard to find peice. Yellow shield with a red arrow head marking, and has a horizontal green line under this which is hard to see in photos. Item is in used- battle worn, been t and back condition, please see photos. Nice Irish Heritage. If only she could talk...Wear in St. Patricks Day Parades. All straps and buckles present and working. No missing/frayed straps. Paint is chipping off in several places, and inside shows some rust spots . Liner is mssing a rubber bumper or two, but it is intact and shows some age. Cannot see any size or manufacturer markings.
