It is authentic and has been used. Amazing chrome finish on solid brass clock. I have seen these in terrible shape sell for over $300. Open to offers to add a buy it now price. The front of the clock identifies it as "Mark I. Boat Clock U.S. Navy (N Circled) 10159 1941" made by "Seth Thomas". The clock is 6" in diameter and 3 3/4 tall". The face of the actual clock measures approximately 3 1/4". It has settings for "Stop", "Set" "Wind" and F and S(I think this is to mean fast or slow). It comes with the original key I have had this for over 15 years and it was mounted in my office and kept great time. It has been sitting for about three years now and when wound a bit it was keeping time but stopped. I would assume a good cleaning and you would be back in action. .It weighs 8 pounds 7 ounces. I will be happy to answer any questions. Buyer is to pay $12.95 shipping . Insurance will be an additional cost based on sale price if requested by the high bidder.
