THIS IS VERY RARE, AND HIGH COLLECTIBLE ORIGINAL DARK BLUE / GRAY LEATHER OFFICERS OVERCOAT MODEL AS WORN BY THE FORMER DEUTSCHE LUFTWAFFE AIR DIVISIONS. THE COLOR IS THE SAME BLUE / GRAY LIKE USED FOR LUFTWAFFE HELMETS. IT'S A VERY HEAVY, HIGH QUALITY PRODUCT. IN A VERY GOOD CONDITION. WEAR OF THE LEATHER TRENCH COAT WAS RESTRICTED TO OFFICER GRADES ONLY. It's in an outstanding good condition, manufactured probably around 1942 - 1944, and ready to wear. It has been stored very good all those years. The great coat has probably been hand made. The overcoat is made from the highest quality heavy german leather. The belt buckles are made and marked by " ASTOR Mod. Gloria ", it also has one aditional small adjustable closing strap, at the inside. It has two outside, and one inside pocket. For the size of the coat check the measurements below. It has no size tag, the m easurements, when the coat is flat on the table: back high across, shoulder to shoulder seem to seem: 49 cm = 19 3/8 inch, chest across, armpit to armpit: 57 cm = 22 1/2 inch, upper sleeve lenght: 63 cm = 24 3/4 inch, back length: 126 cm = 50 inch. The overcoat has age, but the leather, and the iner liner has no damage. Weight: appr. 4 kg, 8 pounds This is a final sale item, private sale, sold without any warranty.
