The mask is a green color. The tin cylinder is made of a heavy metal and was painted the military green color. Inside the lid t is a small square shaped compartment with a couple of metal pieces in it. T are the following markings on it: FE37, AB, Fe and D embossed. Also the filter part has the following stamped markings on it: 1940/1505, R, and an eagle in a rectangle. The can and mask is in pretty good condition for their age. Please see the scan/picture below. This item and many of the others I am selling are from my personal collection which I will be selling over the next few months.
