Great ideal for renactor or collectors manequin display! *PRODUCT INFORMATION* This is a a faithful reproduction WW2 German Heer Armored Feldgrau (Field-Gray) service uniform set. It is brand new and made from great quality Feldgrau wool, This kind of special armored field-gray service uniform were issued to Heer armored Artillery, Armored Infantry, Assault Artilly and Armored Engineers. The Soldiers assigned to the units of Wehrmacht, which were equipped with armored vehicles but that were not part of the tank, self propelled anti-tank or armored car reconnaissance sections, were authorized to wear the special armored Feldgrau service uniform. The service jacket were in the same style of the Panzer service tunic, which featured with double breasted, of hip length, and was cut so as to produce a snug fit, with little to catch on the interior of the armored vehicle. The jacket was worn over the regulation shirt and tie. it could also be worn over the pullover. If the wearer wore a neck decoration, the tie was usually not worn. The Armored Artillery's rhombic collar insignia was worn on the jacket varied with the unit in which the wearer served, the traditional Enlisted Artillery's collar tabs were sewn onto the balck backings. The shoulder boards were of the slip-on style and made from feldgrau uniform farbic and piped in Artilery's red color. The service trousers were of a design that incorporated a cloth belt for support, yet retained buttons for suspenders. It was produced from the same feldgrau wool as the service jacket, and they were lined with twil cloth. The trousers had two side pockets with button-down flaps, one hip pocket with button-down flap, and a watch pocket.
