WWII German Helmet. This is an M40 or M35 I believe. Minor scrapes and some sweats marks inside. I recently purchased an entire collection of ORIGINAL WWI and WWII helmets. I also bought one British Helmet that I am listing this week. Some are in absolutely incredible condition. All of the auctions will be "private listing auctions". What does this mean? This means that no one can view who is bidding on the auctions except for me (the seller). For those collectors who prefer to remain anonymous these listings are for you. I can provide additional photos of each helmet if you would like. They all came from one person whose Grandfather brought them home from WWII. As I sat and listened to the man tell me about his Grandfather and the war I was totally amazed. You will not believe the quality of some of these as some are the best condition I have ever seen. They have been inside a storage tote for years and were recently uncovered during a cleanout. I was told that some of the shells have been restored and that some of the liners are the newer postwar liners. I know the collectors know the difference. I am also listing a soldiers WWII Photo album this week that contains 236 Black and White ORIGINAL Photographs from WWII . T are pictures of tanks, planes, a beach with barriers (possible D-Day Site), destroyed towns and much more.
