WWII German Luftwaffe Feldwebel WW2 Shoulder Board History This is a consignment auction for a doctor client who purchased all of his military collectibles in the late 1980s. We are helping him liquidate his entire collection. Many of these WWII items are used and bear signs of wear and possible blood stains. We are not experts and welcome any comments to correctly identify these items if we have something not identified perfectly. Auction Inventory and Specifications WWII German Luftwaffe Feldwebel Shoulder Board - From what we can tell this was meant to be worn by a member of the Luftwaffe, Airforce. T is a single silver rank pip. T is also a tress bar along the bottom edge of the shoulder board, indicating a promotion. The red piping represents Feldwebel status, Sergeant in American ranks. The center and the backing are both gray wool which represents the Luftwaffe branch. This is in really good condition and looks un issued. This shoulder board measures 4 1/4" inches long. Auction Specifics This auction features a low starting bid and no reserve. We are not sure of the value so we will allow this item to earn its release from our client.
