This is a very nice model of the Cruver German Luftwaffe Do-217E dive bomber of WWII. This airplane model is in great condition, the only 'dings' are very small surface blisters between the engine nacelles on the top of the wing. The model is stable (no deterioration) straight, and very impressive. The front view picture is a bit misleading, the wing to tail orientation is parallel. One rudder has been recast and replaced... The repair work is done by Mark Eaton ( ) who is a real craftsman -- he said if any of you need help, contact him.. This is cast in a scale of 1/72. Wingspan measures 10" with a length of 9 1/2". . .... Bottom markings on the fuselage state: German Dornier 217 E. with a mold date of 8-42 with the Cruver 'Circle C' logo... The aircraft is very straight, beautiful and ready to display.. These models are sometimes referred to a 'silhouette models.. Bid with confidence. Winner pays actual shipping using paypal or money order. Send questions to Bill Clark thanks.
