WWII KRIEGSMARINE OFFICERS SHOULDER BOARD - this one is a slip on and still has a tongue on it. The tongue is a blue colored wool, the underlay is a very dark blue/black. The braiding has discolored with age. Returns will only be excepted and refunds given for the price of the original auction item returned in the same condition as mailed to winning bidder, return postage is the responsibility of the sender. Common sense tells one that a seller has no control over it once it is turned over for shipping and if it is properly packaged there should be no problems with damage providing the carrier is taking care when handling it.Ebay’s Money!Ebay charges the seller a listing fee on each item listed on its site, these fees vary a great deal depending on the minimum bid price of a listing. For example a minimum bid on line action that starts at $9.99 will cost the seller 25 cents to list it, fee increases rapidly in stages after $9.99.Ebay charges a commission percentage of the selling price, standard commission is around 9%, and varies depending on things like if you have a store etc., 9% is pretty much standard across the board for most eBayer’s.When eBay takes its commission from the finial selling price from the seller it also includes its bite out of the postage, so eBay is taking 9% commission on the actual selling price of the auction and also 9% from the postage. This leaves the seller with having to pay part of the postage costs out of their end or try and get it back with a larger handling fee.PayPal is connected to eBay and they also charge a fee for all transactions conducted through their site.
