HELMET: Up for auction is the perfect Paratrooper helmet for WWIIReenactors, especially those who don't want to ruin a perfectly goodOriginal Liner, I wouldn't want too. For the Buy it price, 's what you get: A Rear Seam Swivel Bale US made Steel pot, Repainted Dark OD green and its Original texture. Khaki M-1C chinstraps and early style WWII hardware are aged and detailed. The Markings of the 101st Airborne Division 506th PIR & NCO Rank were painted by hand and aged to look WWII Authentic. Also the Original WWII OD drawstring helmet net are included.HELMET LINER: The Liner is a FIRESTONE mfg'ed Vietnam Issue that was stripped of every last piece of hardware and then made into a WWII INLAND style Paratrooper model & comes complete with: Khaki HBT webbing, Original chincup, leather chinstrap with OD hardware, OD#7 A-yokes with wire buckles,OD A-washers, Khaki HBT sweatband with OD Clips, khaki napestrap and a khaki tie string. The liner shell is used, but looks great in the Steel pot and is nice and solid. t are other Helmets like this out t, but NOT all entirely Khaki and Not aged like this. APPEARANCE: The point of these Helmets is for them too look like Vintage/Combat used helmets. But as I am making these for WWII US Reenactor's, I have left the inside of the liner Nice, clean and new looking. All parts come from ATF, Toppots and Jmurray inc1944. So she may look pretty rough on the outside,but made from the best parts out t and also, ITS ALL KHAKI PARTS !!!!!!!!!
