WWII MANHATTAN PROJECT ATOM BOMB STERLING SILVER PIN Up for this no reserve listing is a vintage estate sterling silver pin, in recognition of the World War II Manhattan Project, development of the Atom Bomb. It measures 3/4" in width and weighs 3.5 grams. The backside is marked Whitehead-Hoag and Sterling. I read in another listing that this pin was given to select workers on the project, making it a relatively rare collectible. It has moderate tarnish, but otherwise it is in excellent vintage condition. Great piece!
