Offered is a WWII Navy Commanders aviation green working uniform that belonged to a WWI veteran serving in WWII. This tunic was manufactured by the House of Worsted Tex and is named in the interior pocket. The size is rougly a 40 regular. This cuffs have commanders stripes with line officers stars. Over the left breast pocket is a three piece ribbon bar denoting WWI Victory with Battle Star, the American Campaign and the European Campaign with two Battle Stars. The ribbons are the Wolf-Brown 1/2" plastic type. Above the ribbons is an unmarked pinback Navy Observer Wing. The buttons are all present and unmarked. The upper pockets and shoulder straps have snaps in addition to buttons. The condition is very good, t is some light moth damage on the right arm but nothing major - it displays great. T is also a small moth track next to the top button - this is very minor and is covered when the tunic is buttoned. A very nice uniform, use the buy it now to get it fast. I just noticed a moth bit on the lower rear skirt of the tunic - you can actually see this in the photo of the back of the tunic. Sorry I didn't see it earlier.
