This is a super WWII item in excellent condition, original R.A.F. Officers uniform including jacket, pants and belt. Uniform was worn by a squadron leader as the three gold sleeve stripes indicate, and is complete with bullion style RAF wings crest on breast and both shoulder boards. High collar loaded with gold braid trim, jacket has all its brass buttons intact and metal belt loop on back. Quilted lined interior with original label intact- this was custom tailored by worlds leading garment maker, Burberrys of London. Great condition with no stains, holes, tears or discoloration, dark gray wool fabric is clean and damage free, liner is just as nice. No size indicates, it's small and measures 15" shoulders, 18" chest, 23" sleeve and 28" long, t is no indication of the officers name inside. The original dark blue twill pants are also tailored and custom made button front and gold piping trim. The inside of pockets have tailor notations and marking, ivory buttons inside, pants are 28" waist with 31" length, not as nice condition as the jacket- they have scattered small holes in a few places, clean but not perfect. To complete the uniform is the original blue leather and gold thread decorated Sam Browne type belt, has its original brass buckle with RAF emblem on front and is complete with two leather sword hanging straps, belt is all intact with normal light wear, 36" long. Original WWII RAF officers uniform looks and displays very well and is guaranteed 100% old and authentic. Shipping is via USPS for their rate with no extra fees- and as always, sold with no reserve.
