Marked "800" on the medal itself, right under the needle. needle systen fully functional. HIGHEST QUALITY GERMAN MANUFACTURER MARKED, C.E Junker, Berlin - GERMANY Gorgous German Cross in Silver. German Cross in Silver was actually awarded less often than the German Cross in Gold, combined with the most prefered maker - This belongs no doubt to the very rarest awards of WW2! The "Spiegelei" (fried egg) was awarded far less often than even the knights cross, one of the rarest most sought after and most expensive awards of WW2. CONSIDERING ITS AGE IN EXCELLENT CONDITION, Needle System fully functional, no deep scratched or dints.
