Up for sale is my grandfathers pup tent from WWII. He served as an Army Chaplin on a ship in the Atlantic.Included with this sale are:9 round maple wood stakes. 1 round oak wood stake. 4 square oak wood stakes.2 fold-able maple wood tent poles. 2 Pup tent halves.1 Canvas Bag.The tent poles are marked: US Munising Wood Products 1942. Some rust appears on the top ends.One half pup tent is Marked the Hettric Manufacturing Co 1941. This half has no 'door' flap. It has one button ripped out and a roughly one foot rip that has been repaired with the correct color stitching, The photos show the inside and outside of the repair. The outside of the repair looks pretty good, but you can judge for yourself in the photo. The other half pup tent is marked the Standard Garment Company 1944The 1944 half shows very little use. It has a 'door' flap. The two halves have slightly different colors as shown in the photos.The Canvas bag is dirty from years of storage.
