I have on occasion the ability to find very nice antiques through my estate sales, e-bay, auctions, etc; and this is one of them. This is an original, WWII American, Marine Supply Service patch. This is a 100% period patch with cut edge and is made of cotton not synthetic. It passes a black light and burn test and you can see from my photos of the back of the patch that is has a "Snow" effect which is indicative of a WWII era patch. Used example. See Photos. I bought several patches from a WWII civilian who spent countless hours waiting at the docks for returning G.I.'s to ask for their patches. Uncommon patch and getting harder to find...a genuine one that is...Scrap book tag on reverse. Note: Buy any two patches in my e-bay store and I will include A FREE WWII 9th Corp patch in your order.
