Here is a recent estate find. This is a Rare Original Authentic Vintage U.S. Navy Model 1905 Long Bayonet with Scabbard. This is an Original WWI U.S. Bayonet, made at the Springfield Armory in 1918 , and Re-Arsenaled for WWII. This is a Long Bayonet for the For M1903 or M1 Garand. The Bayonet Itself measures approx. 20 3/4" Long with 16" Blade, and the Length of the Bayonet in the Scabbard is 21 1/2" Long. The Blade is signed "SA 1918" on one Side, and "US 786603" on the other. This has a Rare Scabbard signed "USN MK1" on the Top. This is in Great Original condition! There is some wear from age, overall Very Good condition, as pictured, with a Nice Aged Patina! Don't pass up this Rare Historic Collectible WWII Bayonet!
