Social Welfare Organization Saiseikai Imperial Gift Foundation Yellow Merit Badge It was established in Japanese in 1911.The age of badge is the WWII age.The family of the soldier killed in war was supported.diameter of badge is about 1.18 inches. the entire obverse of the badge is enameled. The base colors are white and green and the body of the flower design is then enameled in the characteristic merit badge class color. The base material of a badge is silver.The name of the badge and the society are in gilt on the lid. The catch is a very sturdy hinge and post type catch which fastens upwards, instead of the normal downwards. The inside is fitted with a white velour base and a padded white lid insert with the name of the manufacturer written on it. Overall these are very well made and attractive badges.
