Auction for one WWII M37 1917A1 Tank Browning Plate G103 Stuart G104 Sherman 1919A4 .30 Dummy. This is a used left side plate for the .30 Browning such as the M37 or 1917A1 that I'm selling for building a dummy, but is an extremely nice part. All rivet holes look nice. All channels for trunnion, back plate, top plate look good also. Riveting also looks nice on the extractor cams.Only hickup I see is a tiny machine dibbit off to the left of the feed pawl groove. Does not affect function since a 30-06 pawl fits properly. This plate was never drilled for a rear sight bracket, so, I assume it's from a M37, but could also be used for a 1917A1 WC. I'm selling this for building a dummy but looks like a good part to me.This is the non restricted plate. No nomenclature, numbers, etc. Of course, needs to be refinished but it's going to make a decent looking part. This side plate will work for an M37 or a 1917A1 without modifications; however, could be drilled for a rear sight assembly to make a 1919A4, A5, or A6 as used on WWII Tanks, Half-Tracks, and other vehicles. Nomenclature on Extractor Cam: B401861-B According to the new expanded eBay policy that prohibits critical firearm parts and accessories: These are not internal firearm parts or accessories that are part of the firing cycle of the weapon. The firearm is considered intact and capable read more
