These are getting very scarce. Museum quality. EXCELLENT CONTENT!!! Oversized manual, measures 9 1/2" wide X 13" high . Very detailed. 96 pages with many illustrations and recipes. Published by the National Live Stock and Meat Board of 407 South Dearborn St. Chicago, IL. for the United States Army. March 1943. Most recipes serve at least 100 men. Highly detailed photographs of the baking process. No reserve. THIS IS THE REAL DEAL!!! Exactly as shown in photos.
