WWII US Army folding e-tool. Another piece of my A rig. J. A. Shoe maker 1943 date with transitional colors. Cover is superb example. Shovel is also an absolute GEM. 85+% of original light OD paint remaining. Like most of the listings I am currently running, these items were my best finds. Will not disapoint and hard to upgrade. See my other listings and e-mail questions. The free listing tool. List your items fast and easy and manage your active items.
T have been a couple uestions about the make and date of the shovel. I only see the US stamp on the shovel in the usual place on the blade which from the 10 or so shovels I have had over the years, is not unheard of. T is some scuffing below the US and a cople little pits of rust like someone was looking for a date. To help with the question, I have included an addtional photo of the blade. I call the shovel early because of the paint color. Again, this came from an army base auction lot in minnesota in the 80s that contained over 300 shovels and this was one of the best ones for what thats worth. Please e-mail any further questions.
