WWII US Army/USMC M1916 Leather Belt Holster Marked "US Craigshead 1943" for the Colt M1911A1 .45acp Pistol - Excellent Condition!! Up for auction is WWII US Army/USMC M1916 Leather Belt Holster Marked "US Craigshead 1943" for the Colt M1911A1 .45acp Pistol. This is a vintage old military belt holster. It is in Excellent Condition. The leather is still soft and supple, no cracks nor crazing in the leather. All the stiching is intack no fraying. The internal block is present. It has the US oval logo on the front, it is marked "US Craigshead 1943" on the rear. The markings on the rear are a bit faint, but are readable. The date is almost gone. The holster also has the leather leg tie. The color of the leather has darkend over time, but it still has that rich Russet Brown leather color. This is a nice, Rare "US Craigshead 1943" holster.
