WWII Binoculars
Wow! This auction is for a very nice vintage set of World War II binoculars. The binoculars were made by the US Naval Gun Factory Optical Annex Shop in Rochester New York. On the eyepiece mounting it also says that these were used by the US Navy Bureau of Ordinance. The binoculars are made of brass with leather grips. It includes the original carrying case made of leather, but it's in rough shape. The pair are marked Mark VII No 595. Very nice old set in nice condition with obvious wear. The eyepieces are focused individually and the focusing works. The glass is good with some minor specks and t - just needs a good cleaning. Nice old pair of rare military binoculars! Bidder pays $7.00 for shipping and handling via USPS Mail. International bidders please email me for shipping cost. Items less than US$20 can be shipped via regular Airmail. If the item is over US$20 insurance is required. It the item is over US$100 it must be sent via a service that allows for tracking. If the item is over $100 and insurance is requested it will be purchased from a 3 rd party insurer (find out more at ), which provides much better coverage. I accept personal checks, money orders and credit cards via Paypal. I charge a 5.1% sales tax to all Wisconsin residents - sorry, it's mandatory! Thanks for bidding! Shipping rules : If you happen to win more than one auction and live in the United States I will GREATLY discount shipping. Obviously, the discount will depend on the weight of each individual item and the physical characteristics of the shipment. Discount will be determined once all auctions are closed, or you can email me for the exact cost prior to the auctions closing. Sorry, international shipping is quite a bit more expensive; however, I will still discount shipping. eBay System Malfunction Rules : If for some reason eBay experiences technical or connectivity issues that results in the inability to bid on or view my items, I reserve the right to cancel all bid obligations. Please email me for further information. Return Policy : Returns are accepted on items in the event t is a discrepancy between the item description above and the actual condition of the item. This does not cover damage that occurred during shipping (see below about insurance). I am also always willing, at my discretion, to work with the bidder to make sure their experience is positive, and will often return items if it's not what the bidder expected. Please inquire before bidding if this is unclear. Bleeding_gums rules : Payment must be received within 10 days of auction close. Insurance and delivery confirmation is not included in shipping cost (unless noted above); however, both services may be added at the buyer's request and expense.
