You are bidding on an Original Vintage World War Two United States Navy Full Size Chief Petty Officer Storekeeper Mate Silver Bullion on Blue Serge Wool Rating Rate in unused excellent condition Made by Vanguard . This beautiful silver rating which comes with the original wrapper was never used nor sewn on a uniform, and is in very good condition with no damage nor mothing noted. The rate measures @ 6 1/2" in height by 4 7/8" in width.
