Up for bid are a pair of WWII era U.S. Marine Corps (USMC) Herring Bone Twill (HBT) reversible camouflage pants, 32 Waist, 32 Inseam. I was told that the camouflage pattern on these pants could possibly be 1st Pattern or P1942, which I am told are somewhat rare. The green woodland camouflage side is the side that was primarily worn as they are more faded than the tan, desert-type pattern. The desert tan side is in fantastic condition. Each side of the pants have only one front pocket and one rear pocket on the same side. The pants have a four snap closure fly and the snaps are marked RAU Fastener Co., Prov., RI (Providence, RI). The pants are quite loose at the bottom and measure 11 inches across. I see two holes, one near the left front pocket (1/2 inch by 1/2 inch) and another near the bottom right leg (1 inch by 1/2 inch). Please see photos for further details. If you have any specific questions, please ask questions. Payment includes cashier's check or money order which will ship item upon receiving payment or personal check which will delay shipping until check clears. Sorry, but I do not accept PayPal. Payment is expected within seven days of auction end. Please include copy of invoice with payment. Thanks for looking.
