WWII USMC P1944 1 st PATTERN REVERSIBLE CAMO TROUSERSTwo variants of this style trouser existed with the only modifications being a change in the belt support system, shape of pocket flap and button configuration on the pocket flaps. The first pattern included belt loops for the standard web belt, a straight flush pocket flap with three domed snap buttons and drawstrings located at the bottom of the pat legs. The 1 st pattern reversible camouflage trousers have the dungaree buttons that replaced domed snaps. Reinforced suspender holes have also been replaced by black painted brass grommets.
