You are bidding on an extensive WWII group of T/Sgt. Garold X. Frain, USMCR (480643). This group includes the following: DESCRIPTION: Wool blouse with T/Sgt stripes, expert rifleman medal, qualification badge, collar EGA's and Honorable Discharge Badge (Please note: the ribbon bars are original/vintage WWII and are correct for the 3rd Marine Airwing and T/Sgt Frain's Air Group. ("Heroes, Marine Corps, 1861 - 1955.") The ribbon bars are not original to this uniform but were applied for display. This uniform is from my personal collection. All other items in this group are original to T/Sgt Frain.) Note: the blouse has 6 moth nips on the right, front pocket (an image can be provided on request. One overseas cap with EGA. (Note: there are 6 moth nips on this cover.) One brass, USMC identification tag (11/42) with etched thumb print on reverse. Two photo albums: There are approximately 261 photographs (100 relate to Marines (US and SW Pacific; other family members and friends in military service (Navy and Army (Europe)), the others are of the Homefront). One diary/photo album: This is the gem of this group as it was put together by T/Sgt Frain's wife, Evelyn. It is all about his personal (birth date and place, shoe size, height, weight,...) and service history (enlistment date, serial number, Boot Camp (platoon 1036, DI names),
