Up for bid is a WWII WAC U.S. Army Officer's Uniform Grouping. The uniform consists of the Blouse, Skirt. Chocolate Shirt, Tie and Overseas Cap. The Blouse has WASP and Wing and Prop Collar Brass, Pinback Lieutenant Bars, Ribbon Decorations, Reproduction WASP Wings, a WASP Shoulder Patch, Service Bars and a Meritorious Unit Patch on the Sleeve. It does not have a size a tag. It measures 15 1/2 inches from shoulder to shoulder across the back, sleeves are 26 1/2 inches long, lying flat the chest is 38 inches and the waist is 34 inches and it is 29 inches in length from the collar seam to the bottom. It has some scattered pinhead moth holes and a wear spot on the collar that is shown in the pictures but they do not detract from the blouse. The Skirt measurements are 31 inches at the waist and it is 29 3/4 inches long. The hem has been let out as far as you can so t is nothing more to let out for length. It does have scattered pinhead moth holes throughout the skirt as I tried to show in the picture but they do not detract from the skirt. The Chocolate Shirt was tailored by V Command has collar brass . It measures 15 inches from shoulder to shoulder across the back and the sleeves are 22 1/2 inches long, lying flat the chest is 41 inches and the waist is 37 inches and is 26 inches long. The shirt does have a tiny pinhead moth hole below the left pocket and a small moth hole on the lower back of the shirt. The tie is Khaki. The Officer's Overseas Cap has a tag that says small and is in very good condition. I do not see tears or stains anyw on any of the items. The buttons are all intact and the zipper works well. The overall condition is good considering it is 60 plus years old. It would be an asset to any collector or re-enactor. The pictures speak for themselves. Please view my other collectibles listed.
