This is a leather belt from around the 1940-45 era as used by a Japanese Navy or Landing forces trooper (see the last picture of this type belt in wear - picture for reference, not included in this auctions). It has a brass buckle with small anchor marking on the buckle, inside the belt are more Japanese Navy markings and a namechop. It measures about 35" and is in very good condition with wear only arounf the buckle loop. I have not seen many of these, It came in wil a larger lot of WWII Japanese navy items from Japan just recently. Please see all the pictures.
