is the deal you have been waiting for ! ! X-MEN # 1... has been stored away for many years in mom's attic. Comic was in a protective sleeve but heat and age has taken it's toll. Covers front and back show wear and are very fragile, i did take comic out of sleeve for pictures and inside comic seems pretty intact. Chance to get a piece of history @ a bargain, lowest reserve price on ebay or anyw.. questions ! just ask. Want more photo's just ask ! I am not a dealer and have never sold a comic before so i cant give a professional rating so i wont even try...Book is sutible for framing or just waiting for value to go up, t cant be to many of these out t.. see pictures and thanks for looking.... Pictures of inside comic added....inside is in really good shape...Covers are as stated above fragile...
