6 x Raytheon JAN-CRP-5670 (2C51, 396A ) tubes, NIB, Windmill getter You are buying 6 pcs of Raytheon military qualified type JAN-CRP-5670 tubes in perfect working condition , never used, in original military white boxes (the boxes are in bad cosmetical condition covered in mud stains, the tubes are absolutely clean). The tubes are made in 1965 and have very rare top windmill shaped getter , which may contribute to the low microphonics and excellent soundstage. We tested the tubes on our B&K 747B tube tester, w the minimum value for 5670 is 55-55, “GOOD” begins at 65-65 . The tubes are free of shorts and leakage (grid emission) and scored 91-85, 101-93, 103-100, 110-103, 113-120 and 120-112. Miniature medium-mu twin triode, similar to the 396A and 2C51! The 5670 is a special-quality tube intended for use in critical industrial and military applications in which operational dependability is of primarily importance. The tube is suited for use in a wide-variety of general-purpose amplifier and mixer circuits. The useful operating range extends from low frequencies trough the VHS region.
