Teton Rocks! 110mm, 4-3/8 inch Polychromic Jasper Gemstone Sp 'Crystal Ball' with Stand This auction is for the beautifully carved natural and genuine Polychromic Jasper Sp as shown in the pictures below. This terrific specimen has a gorgeous large reddish-pink spot on one hemisp, and a large red-orange spot on the other, with dark and medium gray coloring in between. The marvelous gemstone has a near-perfect smooth high-gloss polish with three minor natural rough spots (shown) in the finish. This large sp was mined and carved in Madagascar . It measures 110mm (approx. 4-3/8 inches) in diameter, and weighs four pounds and six ounces (70 oz.) . Polychrome Jasper , also known as Royal Savannah Jasper , is reputed to foster balance within one's personal environment. Like all Jaspers, it is a protective stone that increases confidence and fosters a sense of optimism.
