Stunning Very Large & Very Heavy Fully Hallmarked Solid Silver 6 Piece Condiment Set with 4 Spoons & 4 Bristol Blue Glass Liners. Birmingham, 1916, E S Barnsley & Co - 13.6 oz or 12 troy oz of Silver - 374g Beautiful solid silver 6 piece set of very attractive design, in original fitted Morocco case, lined with blue velvet & padded white silk in fantastic condition. Photo's do not do this set any justice Set fully hallmarked for 1916/20 (date letter r & v), Birmingham Assay mark (Anchor), makers mark ESB for quality maker E S Barnsley & Co (Edward Souter Barnsley). It is of the highest quality, very heavy, unengraved & in pristine condition, I doubt it has ever been used. 2 matching original spoons (2 mustard), all fully hallmarked as above. 2 additional quality salt spoons hallmarked for London, 1880, maker's mark of HL JW for Henry J Lias & James Wakely Beautiful large set in superb condition, no marks, dents or signs of wear. Complete with 4 Bristol blue glass liners in excellent condition (one small chip to rim of one liner).
