This faux suede is the nicest we have seen and feels like a smooth finish velvet fabric.Warm mocha brown color, exceptional quality and buttery soft face. Absolutely beautiful material and the finest in faux suede.Weight over 2 lb. per yd and please note the extra width. Treated to resist staining, soiling. Kravet materials are not available at the retail level and this is valued at $75 per yard. Buyer pays $13.65 insured bolt shipping within lower US states.
